We are looking for a Customer Support Executive

Designation: Customer Support

Shift: Day shift

Job location: Chennai (Industrial Estate, Guindy)

Mode: Work from Office

Primary Skills:

  • Excellent Communication – for voice, email, chat support
  • Should be able to communicate effectively
  • Should possess good telephone and email etiquette
  • Must be a graduate
  • Must have good customer handling skills with the ability to learn networking concepts

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Giving first call resolution to the Customers
  • Good Analytical and Interpretation skills
  • Resolve Customer queries and achieve Customer delight
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
  • Making outbound calls to Customers and Employers
  • Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers

    • Act as brand ambassador to represent Singlebag at events on campus and other marketing initiatives in your area or virtually
    • Spread awareness about Singlebag, Store Manager App.
    • Must be able to hit minimum daily and weekly targets
    • Impact Students’ careers by promoting Singlebag.
    • Enthusiastically engage and educate students
    • Organize events, workshops and webinars.
    • Need to do WhatsApp promotions.
    • Do Campaigning on the college campus.
    • Building a network of students in your college using online strategies.
    • Networking with student organizations, college faculty and other stakeholders to increase participation in events.
    • Volunteer Management by recruiting, training and management of team of volunteers to support event activities and operations.
    • Handing out Flyers, Posters and set up Standees.
    • Collect feedback and report it to us.
    • Distributing marketing collateral on various platforms
    • Use your public social media channels to drive brand awareness
    • Help to generate new customers, organic content and excitement about our brand
    • Be the voice for our Singlebag!
